Neemrana-Behror is one of the fast developing towns in Rajasthan in terms of infrastructure, real estate, setting up of industries. Government of Rajasthan in wholeheartedly supporting the development of 40,000 acres "Global City" consisting of Entertainment City, SEZ's, Cyber City, Medi City, World Trade City, Cargo Airport. A major growth corridor DMIC proposed connection via Delhi Metro & world Class International Airport.

Behror-Neemrana is the existing new growth hub on NH-8 Strategically identified as a key location on Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Tremendous investment and employment opportunities in the Global City which is develop by the Government.

The town is attracting numerous companies from across industries for setting up manufacturing facilities. Companies like Liberty, Hero Honda, Metplast, Parle agro, Ginni, Rochee breweries are setting up plants in the town. This has lead to a sharp increase in industrial realty prices. Japanese companies are also said to have planned for setting up operations in over 1200 acres of land in the town. Another Japanese automobile giant Nissan is also planning to set up a manufacturing unit.

The government is also setting up Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP) in an area of more than 200 acres and has seen investment by major companies.

A proposed investment of $100 billion in Japanese city with the presence of Industry majors like Hero Moto Corp, Daikin, Havells, Apex Tubes Malbros Group Co. who have already set up state-of-the-art and huge manufacturing facilities.

Apart from the Japanese Zone, other Industry giants including Parle Biscuits, Terry-Plus India, Liberty White ware and Rochee Breweries are running successfully along with other industries in Neemrana within the RIICO Zone.

The Project on developing a Global City at Behror-Neemrana in Rajasthan sub-region of NCR (National Capital Region) was first mooted by Govermment of Rajasthan immediately after approval of Regional Plan for NCR-2021. The idea is actively supported by NCR Planning Board as it would help realizing settlement development strategies of Regional Plan of NCR-2021

About DFCC(Western dedicated freight corridor)-The Western dedicated freight corridor will cover a distance of 1,483km (928mi) of double-lane electric track from JNPT to Dadri passing through Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Palanpur, Phulera and Rewari. It will run parallel to existing line through Narnaul and Ringas.

About RRTC- The second stage of Delhi-Alwar project will cover 33 km between SNB and Sotanala, while the third stage of 58 km will connect SNB to Alwar. In the first phase of 107 km, 83 km is in Haryana, 22 km in Delhi and 2 km in Rajasthan. Out of this, 70.5 km will be elevated and 36.5 km will be underground.
